Since 2015, we have been producing our special selection of fruit vinegars in beautiful Gmunden in the Salzkammergut region. We focus on high quality sun-ripened fruit, which makes our products taste superb. The unusual blend of ingredients makes these vinegars even more unique and adds a very special flavour when used in various dishes.
