Laurenz Hoffmann, Managing Director of Alimentastic Food Innovation GmbH, has extensive experience in the food industry through his work at ALDI , Kaufland and dean&david.

At ALDI SÜD, he rose from Sales to Head of International Purchasing, where he developed a deep understanding of the entire value chain. At Kaufland, as divisional director, he learnt about the complexity of a broad product range and the importance of market-specific purchasing strategies. As CEO of dean&david smartfood GmbH, he recognised the relevance of alternative sales channels and strategic partnerships. He now uses this diverse experience to support start-ups with market maturity and internationalisation.
