He explains that falling meat consumption, the scarcity of resources and rising production costs will drive up prices. At the same time, the demand for sustainable, plant-based alternatives will grow. He also emphasises that consumers are increasingly developing healthier eating habits, which is reflected in the reduction of sugar and artificial additives.
